These questions are asked based on his biased ruling in the small claim case #06CS002460 Stanley Fiala v. Woodside Village HOA in favor of the special interest, manly the Community Association Institute [“CAI”], the Homeowners Association [“HOA”] industry and powerful Orange County trial-lawyer lobby in expense of Fiala's injury which is contrary to his "Top Priorities if Elected 2002 statement". In essence judge Adams upheld that the Woodside Village HOA can use kneecapping to discipline a homeowner. In my case he ruled that it is a OK for the association to smash my elbow.
