Iran's vice president said Tuesday the decision to send Iran's case to the U.N. Security Council has no legal justification.At a London meeting that lasted into the early hours of Tuesday, envoys of Britain, China, France, Russia and the United States decided to call on the International Atomic Energy Agency to report Iran to the U.N. Security Council. But they also decided that the Security Council should wait until March to take up Iranian nuclear file after a formal report on Tehran's activities from the atomic agency.
